This policy explains what personal data Viresca Group collects through virescagroup.com, why, and what your rights are.

Who we are

Viresca Group is a company in formation, based in Athens, Greece. Until it is registered, the person responsible for your data is its founder, Vasilis Lyras. Contact: info@virescagroup.com, +30 697 556 1171.

What we collect

• What you enter in our contact form: your name, email address, what you are interested in and your message, plus the language of the page you used.
• Anything you send us directly by email or phone.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal or contract. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)). We never sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.

Who else handles it

• Netlify, Inc. hosts this website and receives contact-form submissions on our behalf. Netlify may process data in the United States, under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Our email provider stores the messages we exchange with you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact, unless they lead to a contract, in which case we keep what the law requires us to keep.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy of it. Email info@virescagroup.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

Changes

We will update this page if anything changes, for example once the company is registered.
